Get error message 'Something went wrong' while attempting to retrieve the API key from PS06 API

I have a standard membership and I am trying to retrieve an API key from PS06. However, I am consistently encountering an error message stating 'something went wrong' despite filling out all the required fields in the form. Could you advise me on what I might be doing wrong?
