    Dear Keiji,

    Thank you for your post!

As I understand, you would like to remove the Filters that you have added to your search in the Port Calls section of the Explore Tool, please correct me if I am wrong.

Please note that once a Filter is added, there will be a small 'x' symbol right next to it, as appears in the below screenshot.

This is valid for any newly added Filter, as the ATA/ATD Filter is permanent and cannot be removed.

If you click on those 'x' symbols, the Filters will be removed.

I hope this helps! For any other questions you may have, please let me know.

    Kindest regards,

Thanks Vlada. I was wondering why there is no X symbol right next to the ATA/ATD filter which I added. but my original setting had no ATA/ATD filter and I do NOT want it now as it requires selecting dates every time. How can I remove it?

    Dear Keiji,

    Thank you for your comment!

Allow me to kindly inform you that the ATA/ATD Filter can no longer be removed, as this is an intended change completed by our Product Team due to internal reasons.

For any other questions, I am here for you.

    Kind regards,
