Position Not Updating

Avalon, MMSI 368065620, was “stuck” in New Smyrna Fl, for months. Long after we departed.  We are in the BAHAMAS now and MT shows us in Vero Beach, FL. Is there a way to “unstick” us? MT has a worked flawlessly for years for us.
