ROBERTS BANK, CA erroneously shown as PORT

Why is Robert's Bank shown as it's own PORT, when Deltaport (AKA Robertis Bank) under Vancouver is the terminal under the PORT of Vancouver? Robert's Bank should not be a port as far as we know.
