    Hello,

Thank you for contacting MarineTraffic Support and for your valuable feedback.
As you have detected, there was, indeed, a mis-configuration in our system regarding the position recording process on Jan 19 relevant to certain areas around the globe.
As far as we know, this issue has been resolved.
I remain at your disposal for any future needs you may have.
    Best regards,

For the most part, it appears to be working.  However, one of the vessels on my embedded map will not go away....  My site is http://skunkbayweather.com/

    Thank you....

    Dear Greg,

The latest position received for MMSI: 367534410 was on 2017-01-19 17:21 UTC via terrestrial means. The lack of Updated Positions of a vessel can be a result of a number of factors.
Signal strength, functional transponder, local (vessel area) and surrounding (nearby stations) weather conditions, temperatures, traffic
and the satellite constellation frequency are some of the most important ones.
You can learn more about them here:

    I remain at your disposal.

    Best regards,

    Hello Greg,

    Thank you for your note.

The frequency of positions received via Satellite is not standard, mainly due to the fact that it depends on the number of times that satellites pass above the specific Vessel, the strength of her signal and the weather conditions at the time.
High traffic and Vessel density Areas are also some of the hardest ones to cover, even via satellite,
as the number of signals transmitted simultaneously results in multiple vessels using the same
time slot, and, consequently, in a number of lost transmissions.

I remain at your disposal for any needs you may have.

    Best regards,

    Hello Thalia,

I have made all necessary payment (i think twice in some cases). I still cannot view the vehicle particulars.

I tried clicking on the company details, it is just blank. Kindly assist in solving this problem.

I have watched the you tube video and have done the same thing but yet does not have access.
