    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I have checked your account and, form what I can see, you are not subscribed to any of our Plans, Add-ons, or API services.
    I therefore checked your notifications and I could see that you have enabled e-mail and mobile push Notifications for Arrival, Departure, and New Photo Uploaded for a total of five vessels.

    You can see this for yourself in the 'Edit My Notification' tab in the 'My Notifications' section of your account here:
    https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/users/my_account/notifications/index

    If you would like not to receive notifications for her, you can either pause all notifications or click on the grey 'x' box at the right of the vessels you do not wish to receive notifications for in the 'Edit My Notifications' link provided above.

    Please help me to unsubscribes my account here, they deduct me some 4.99usd but no chance to use this apps! And when i checked my account here it says that i didnt start my subscription but yet they deducted me already, what is this? I want to cancel everything please help me. Thanks

    I am really sorry to hear that you want to delete your MarineTraffic account.
    In order to completely delete your account, even you can always use it for free, please go to
    https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/users/my_account/users/overview
    and press the "Delete account" button at the bottom left of the page.

    Please be aware that, for security reasons, we are not authorized to perform any actions on your account on your behalf.

    Despite the above, could you please be so kind as to let me know the reason you wish to delete your MarineTraffic account? Is there something not to your liking or are you facing an issue?

    On the last note, as I can see you currently have a basic (free) account, you may consider not deleting it, since you can keep it for as long as you want without any costs, unless, of course, you purchase a service.

    There is no "Delete account" button at the bottom left of the page.
