    Dear Thomas,

    Thank you for contacting us.

As far as I can see, you have uploaded four new photos of STRATIS Z that have been approved.
Please note that photos become visible in our website 48 hours after they have been uploaded, so your photos will be visible after 48 hours pass.
This information is provided at the bottom of our photo upload page here:
    https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/photos/upload

As for older photos of your vessel, due to our terms of service, we can only delete photos that are offensive or violent in any mean.
Each vessel has her own history and photos are part of it.
Moreover, the date the photo was taken is displayed prominently to avoid confusion.

I would like to encourage youto upload as many up-to-date pictures from your photo collection as you like and we will be happy to make one of those the detail's photo, as per your request.

Lastly, I have escalated the issue with her name to our competent department, where it will be addressed as soon as possible.
    I will keep you updated.
I hope that if, in the meantime, there is anything else I can do for you, you won't hesitate to let me know.

    Kind regards,

    Thomas,

Your vessel name was updated : https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/ais/details/ships/shipid:730184

… but pictures ship name must be edited manually.
you could rename them as your have downloaded them.

Is it really the same vessel?
Her picture show a "Stratos Z" from Zourous Tugs that is smaller than the tug shown on http://www.zouros.gr/stratis-z/
(And http://www.zouros.gr/stratis-z/ have the same size and same port (Panama) than Thomas Dolianidis's vessel)

This MMSI is not registered on MARS database :

    • The MMSI of the greek "Stratis Z" is 241001000 (IMO 8729107)
    • The MMSI of the panamean "Stratis Z" is 374768000 (IMO 9425576)

There is another STRATIS Z in MarineTraffic database.
His MMSI 436000223 is not in MARS database, but her IMO is the same 8729107 according to this picture :
    https://photos.marinetraffic.com/ais/showphoto.aspx?photoid=464566
(This tug have 2 masts and she is different from the 2 others)

Stratos Z is different from Stratis Z

    Stratis Z - IMO Number 9425576 YOB - 2007

    Stratos Z IMO: 9429508 with YOB 2008

Stratis Z is our new smaller tugboat

The one named Stratis Z with IMO 8729107 is one of our older vessels , that we dont have in our ownership anymore.
