    Dear Milos,

    Thank you for contacting us.

While we are striving to expand and improve our coverage, it is true that in the countries you mentioned, our coverage is limited to certain areas.
If you are located in any of those countries, you might want to consider covering your area:
    https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/p/expand-coverage

As for the vessel you mention, I believe she is the one you are referring to:
    https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/ais/details/ships/shipid:4845661/mmsi:211755510/vessel:PARADIZO

Please note that the static data information, such as the vessel name, is displayed according to the information received from the vessels' AIS transponder.
Please also note that the flag is indicated by the three first digits of the MMSI and is updated accordingly.

As far as I can see, the last set of data we received from her was on 2017-07-22 14:07 LT (UTC +1). As soon as the vessel's crew updates the information in her transponder, the information will be updated accordingly.

    I hope this helps.
I remain at your disposal for anything else.

    Kind regards,

    Dear Iliana,

I am personally updated the information in transponder. And all information is clearly visible on other search engines (http://www.findship.cohttps://www.vesselfinder.com/vessels/AURELIO-BARZA-IMO-0-MMSI-279202623 etc.), but marinetraffic is my favourite, and because of that I sending you this message.

Vessel is currently in Rousse (Bulgaria), and if you check on findship.co, you will see that last data sent from vessel on 2017-08-09 15:27.

Also, few months ago, Danube coverage at Serbia was very good. And since June, Danube is covered only from Hungarian border to port of Backa Palanka.

    Dear Milos,

    Thank you for your response.

As far as I can see, in Ruse, BG, we have only one station covering the area, Station 2623, that generally Low Coverage, even though we constantly try to expand and improve our coverage worldwide.
You can see this for yourself by following these instructions:
    https://help.marinetraffic.com/hc/en-us/articles/205283547-Display-AIS-receiving-Stations-on-the-Live-Map

Please note that each website has its own terrestrial AIS network and, as such, we cannot account for any positions and information they might or might not receive.

If you're interested in helping us improve our coverage in the area, please submit a request here:
    https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/p/expand-coverage
and one of my dear colleagues will respond to you as soon as possible.

In the meantime, would you please provide me with all the information you'd like changed, such as MMSI, Call Sign, Name, etc?

    Thank you in advance.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
