    Dear Iliana,

I have checked the vessel pages on internet explorer 11 and the ATD ATA ETA times have reappeared. Also the vessel particulars have reappeared.  Thanks for the positive response. However on Internet explorer 9 the problem continues.   That could be a problem for Windows 7 PCs or earlier.

    Dear Filippos,

    Thank you for your response.

I am glad to know that the Internet Explorer 11 is working for you now.

As far as I know, Internet Explorer 9 and any version of Windows prior to Windows 7 is no longer supported by Windows, and therefore by us as well.

You can learn more information about this here:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsforbusiness/end-of-ie-support
    and here:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windowsforbusiness/end-of-xp-support

I believe Internet Explorer 11 is compatible with Windows 7, so I would advise trying to update it. As for earlier versions of Windows, perhaps using another browser if you are able to might be the best solution at the moment.

I hope this is enough to cover any concerns you might have had.

    Best regards,
