    UPDATE 2:

    I had been onboard one vessel which is shown at the second update, and I had chance to visit bridge to look their AIS information, so at the ECDIS of this vessel there are everything ok (position, track, static & dynamic informations) so I think may be the problem is with AIS receiver or descryption of signal.

    Also I cheked another AIS monitoring sites they also have such kind of problem but not so much quantity of the vessels same time.
