Starter Plan Notifications

I purchased marine traffic on 2013. So at your changes, got the starter plan for free. I have set notification for vessel push, msm and email. But not getting them. Are notifications available at Starting Plan? It is confusing. Say I have 30 notifications available. I decided to increase to 100, but when try to buy, I get a message that my billing information has been cancelled ?? Tried to fill all the billing info again, but get once more time the same message.

  Thanks for reaching out.

  Note that with the plan you get the amount of notifications included on a basic account, which is 30 notification credits per month.

  I can see that at the moment you have no credits anymore. By going to your account at https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/users/my_account/notifications/index you can see your notifications and that you spent the 30. But there is the option to extend your monthly allowance on well on this link.

  Regarding the message error you mentioned, can you please share it with us for review?
