Michigan Detroit and Saint Clair rivers

Is there a way to adjust settings to send me an alert when a large cargo ship is getting close to me while I am fishing these rivers? If not it would be a great selling point for thousands of Great Lakes fishermen who have to constantly be aware of ships near them, and also know weather they are just heading up or down river or if they intend on docking nearby Thanks Tim Blake
