CNNGB: unmapped operational berth?

It seems that Dapukou terminal's second phase berth is operating as there are a number of vessels making calls there (ie ZHONG GU NAN HAI). It is not yet mapped in MT and we are missing some berth events.

If it is still under construction can you please explain why vessels may be stopping there?
