KRBNP: Missing geofence for completed berths

Missing some berth events for vessels (ie SM LONG BEACH) calling the three western berths in Busan New Port. 

Satellite imagery on MT shows an incomplete terminal but it satellite images from google show that it is complete. 

Also unclear if this is a new terminal or an expansion of the South Container Terminal.
