Paid for Marine Traffic on phone. Difficulty opening on tablet

    I am sorry to learn that you are experiencing this issue with MarineTraffic.
     
    Since there is no reported issue related to application, would you please be kind enough to try clearing the cache and cookies? 
     
    For Android:

    1. Open Settings: Navigate to your device's Settings app.
    2. Apps or Apps & notifications: Depending on your Android version, find and tap on either "Apps" or "Apps & notifications."
    3. App Info: Look for the app you want to clear cache and cookies for and tap on it.
    4. Storage: Inside the app's information page, you'll find a "Storage" section. Tap on it.
    5. Clear Cache: You'll see an option to "Clear cache." Tap on it to clear the app's cache.
    6. Clear Data (Optional): If you also want to clear cookies and other app data, you can tap on "Clear data" or "Clear storage." Be cautious, as this will log you out of the app and reset any app-specific setting.

     
    For iOS:

    1. Open Settings: Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
    2. Scroll Down and Find Safari (for browser cookies): Scroll down and look for "Safari." Tap on it.
    3. Clear History and Website Data: Inside the Safari settings, tap on "Clear History and Website Data." Confirm the action when prompted.
    4. For App Cache: For individual apps, you usually don't have direct control over clearing cache. However, you can try deleting and reinstalling the app to achieve a similar effect.
