Why the acual position of MMSI 319225400 is not visible in marinetraffic?

All vessels around are visible in this position.

  From what I understand, you are do not received the latest position for the vessel below:

  I would like to inform you that the last position report from the vessel KOOKLA has been received on 2023-07-19 14:32 LT (UTC +1) at WMED - West Mediterranean at position
   
  Allow me to mention that the lack of Updated Positions of a vessel can be a result of a number of factors. Signal strength, functional transponder, local (vessel area) and surrounding (nearby stations) weather conditions, temperatures, traffic, and the satellite constellation frequency are some of the most important ones.

  I would like to explain that ship tracking websites utilize their own station coverage and employ various tools to track vessel positions.
  
  Each website may differ in establishing networks of AIS (Automatic Identification System) receivers strategically placed in different locations.
