    Thank you for contacting MarineTraffic Support. 

    It's my understanding you have recently changed your mobile device and would like to know whether you need to re-purchase the services you had purchased on the previous platform. Please correct me if I am wrong.

    Kindly note that Google Store and App Store are two different online stores, supported by Google and Apple respectively.

    Given the above, MarineTraffic has developed 2 different applications compatible with each platform. Depending on your mobile device's operating system (Android, iOS), you should download the MarineTraffic application as well as to purchase the services from the respective store.

    Please also note that the purchases made in the App are processed through the online store of your respective platform. This means that the App is linked to the specific account used to purchase it.

    Therefore, upon switching from an iOS device (e.g. iPhone) to an android mobile device (and vice versa), the service(s) will need to be purchased again.
