The new photo upload section is difficult to use

The photo upload section, which seems to have been recently changed, is particularly difficult to use due to the following two factors.

 

1.Photos of ships without MMSI codes cannot be uploaded.

2.When I try to upload another photo, the location changes back to 0°0′N,0°0′E every time.

 

We request immediate improvement. This is of no use.
