    Hello,

Thank you for the attention to our request. Here are the exact coordinates for the Cape of Good Hope:
    Latitude: -34° 21' 17.39" S
    Longitude: 18° 28' 11.39" E

The cape does not currently have a UN/Locode assigned but our suggestion would be to use 'ZACGH' - that is also the code that we have manually assigned in our own system. While commercial vessels do not actively berth or operate at the Cape of Good Hope; there is a significant amount of traffic that passes by here as part of a regular route, or a diversion (ie Suez Canal alternate). Creating a geofence that would allow us to track 'port events' in so much as a vessel successfully passes the Southern point of the cape would be fantastic.

    Thank you,
    eeSea team

    Hello David,

I have escalated your request to our dedicated team, and it appears that this area has no actual port, only fishing vessels stop at open waters, so we will not add a new entry.

I hope that clarifies your request.

    Kind regards,
