    Thank you for your post.

    It seems your 30 Free Notification allowance has been fully consumed, and you are now awaiting the refuel date on April 15. Which is why you are not receiving notifications.

    To ensure uninterrupted notification services, I kindly ask you to check the checkbox labeled "Use Purchased Credits for Notification." This will allow your purchased credits to be utilized when the Notification Credit allowance is exhausted.
