    Dear Simon,

Please try to zoom out, because you are possibly looking at a very zoomed in area.

If this not resolves this issue, could you please provide us a screenshot?

    Thank you,

No the scale of the map covers Greece and Italy as I can see if I choose any option except Map and Satellite. Not sure how to do a screenshot.

The site works in Internet Explorer (version 9), but NOT in Google Chrome (version 35). No map, nothing. A pity, because Chrome is definitely better, much better than IE. As suggested by Katerina Sofrona, I zoomed in and out, I even tickled my screen: nothing.

I am having the same problem with the Live Map.

I does not load at all. This problem only recently developed (last week).

The rest of the site seems to be working just fine.

In Internet Explorer (9.something) I empoited the cache and that worked. In Chrome: nada, niente, nothing. Not even a map.

Katerina you suggest to delete cookies. All of them? I hope you're joking. Throw away valuable cookies, just because marinetraffic changed something to its site? I don't think so.

Katerina, what happened to the site? Something must have changed. What was wrong with the site? I learned a long time ago: don't fix what is not broken. Now it is broken, please fix it.

Map or Satellite map views are blocked in China by the firewall, as is google.

The OSM map is not blocked in China.

The map cannot be seen when uses the coordinates of any vessel. There are empty coordinates in upper-right corner.

I think I know why the maps do not work anymore. The people at Marinetraffic lost their memories and think that the world has not been explored yet. They think it is all sea. Man, they are going to be surprised when they discover Europe, the Americas and Australia. Maybe one day they will discover that small island called Africa.

By the time they ask help to discover new lands, the users are all gone. A pity for all.

I deleted cookies, I emptied the cache, I turned my computer upside down to let all dirty electrons flow out, nothing works. Looking at a blank screen is no fun. Obviously no one at marinetraffic is monitoring this site or simply don't care. Either case, it is not encouraging.

I attached an image of what I see, i.e. I tried to attach it. Let's hope at least something works.

    You are funny, Luisa. Marine.

Traffic avoids this forum, because they don't like us. Our problems mean work for them to fix it.

I use a regular computer, using Chrome and Internet Explorer, I threw away all cookies and emptied my cache, as was advised, but still no maps. I hesitated to buy the app for my iPhone/iPad, but you convinced me: forget it.

It really is a pity that such a nice site broke down. I sail on the north Sea and like to show family and friends my trips. Yes, we carry an AIS too. A tool you MUST have. We regularly participate in races across the North Sea and you can't do without it.

I can see everything quite clearly on IE but not on Chrome, which is my main browser.  This has only just happened recently (Jan 15) as I have been watching traffic quite happily on Chrome up until now.  JC

    @John

    Have you been using AdBlock?

Some of our users reported that it created a conflict with our live map.

We recommend you to disable it, this will display back our live map.

In the meantime we are working on fixing this issue.

    Thank you for your trust,
