I signed up last Tuesday 4-15, for a 7 day free trial of your SAT package. Yesterday 4-21, as instructed by YOUR email, I went to My Account and clicked on the "Do Not Renew" button, because I did NOT choose to subscribe to this service. I clicked on the button repeatedly, and although it was grayed out and appeared not to respond, I assumed that my instruction not to renew had been sent. Today I see that my credit card has been billed for a month of your service. I need this charge removed from my card immediately and the subscription cancelled, as I expressly instructed the package NOT to renew, through your web-site! If your site is not working properly, it is no fault of mine, and you need to resolve the problem - but I have no intention of paying the 299 Euros (approx 600 US dollars) for a monthly subscription that I cancelled before the trial period had expired. Please get back to me ASAP, and let me know how you intend to resolve the issue. Regards -
