    Not happy to have paid for iPad app, gone through registration and received confirmation message, but unable to login. OK on website, but not app. And it's the app I paid for!

    Shut down the app and restart it. If this does not work, power down the iPad.

    see post above yours.  If power down does not work, try deleting the app, then reinstalling.
