    My MMSI number shows up as a different vessel.  Who can you talk to about this?  Is anyone there?  Maybe the staff needs some tracking devices.

    Me too. The website says to log in for costing but there doesn't seem to be any further information and this thread is the only results when you search for API.

    Details for one of the vessels is completely wrong, including AIS position. I would like to inform Marine Traffic but there's no number or email??

    I received an email from Nikos that suggested that I just reply.
    The return address was noreply@marinetraffic.com

    Some improvement in the website and contact situation would be a good investment in resources,

    Try submitting a new ticket that goes to MT Support by clicking the SUBMIT A REQUEST link at the top of this page.

    They usually several days or more to respond, but they get at least 40 requests per day.

    Why is there no contact phone number for Marine Traffic, even for PAYING CUSTOMERS ?

    When you charge a full year in advance, you should at least provide a contact phone number.

    Not everybody has the nerve or time to get in to endless e-mail discussions, especially if you could clear it

    all up in a single phone call. With no contact number you are devalueing your otherwise excellent service.

    I hope somebody takes note of this finally for the sake of customer satisfaction! Thank you.

    It appears that MT Support gets 40 to 80 requests per day, so be patient.  I have tickets open and unassigned (ie no action) going back to July, as do many others.

    Same Sue! I was charged $648 and did not sign up for anything. Please contact me and issue a refund. Can't find a number to call. I have already emailed and messaged thru chat several times and have not success getting a hold of anyone.
