Self reporting app not working

I have just installed the MAis app but it will not allow my log in. I also have the android version on my phone and that does not work either. I created a new account on the main website and tried using the sign in details from that, but still I get the message, log in failed. Is there some issue with the self reporting apps at the moment?

  on my iphone it is not possible too. i think it´s not free anytime more

  It is still a free app, both on apple and android. I used the android version this summer with no problems. Decided to download the ipad version just now to discover it would not let me log in, so I tried the android version to find that did not work either.

  mAIS Android app has been reporting positions, but data never get to the Marinetraffic site or displayed on the Marinetraffic maps. Is this app working, or ever working, or what?? What needs to happen?
