no refresh button on android app??

    One vessel I am tracking (I have friends onboard) has apparently last noted its position over 2 days ago

    Hi Barbara,

    As a basic user you have access to positions recorded by our terrestrial antennas.

    When you do not see updated positions and get the message "out of range", then the vessel is far away from terrestrial antennas and can only be tracked via satellite, using our satellite plans.

    In order to get more updated positions and track via satellite only one vessel, you may want to consider this option:

    under the "extensions" tab, Satellite fleet and check the option for 1 vessel with undelayed SAT-AIS
