Ads on embedded map

How can we avoid ads on our embedded map ? We have a paid subscription .
Some ads point to our competitors and non relative commerce.

  Same here. We pay for embedded map for a fleet of 2,000. Ads have always been shown, though account pays for no ads

  The amount you pay is for the subscription plan and not for our free service of embed maps.

  Same here: I would not even be interested in a subscription plan if it does NOT remove ads, so it is highly recommended you remove them. Tx

  Hello Iris,
  The Subscription Plan and the free Embedded Map are two separate products.
  Ads are present in free services only.
  They are, indeed, removed when a user pays for a subscription(Premium, PRO or SAT). You can Upgrade to a Free Trial for one of our Services and see both the Ads removed and if this meets your needs, in any way.

  Are you saying the ads can be removed from the embedded with premium account? I cannot see anything in the embedded documentation that states this or how to pass your account/username to the embedded map so it knows you have an account.
