Hi All, I'm interested in the API option to see the location of a particular vessel. I work for a freight forwarder and my application shows a list of containers along with the vessel name. I want to write code that will call the API passing in the IMO#. My question is regarding the subscription. I have no idea how many vessels will be viewed/clicked per month so is there an option to simply pay a yearly fee that allows us to call the API as many times as needed?

  Hi, I have same question.
  I also have the need to search through the vessel name, for me it is sufficient one/two call a day for vessel.
  Can you help me choose the correct API ? Thank you

  Hello Elio,

  As far as I can understand, you need to know positions of certain vessels, twice a day. I do believe that the best way for you to go would be our API Service [25] - VESSEL POSITIONS.
