Photo hidden by moderator

I have a question: why 2 of my uploaded photos are " hidden by moderator"? what's the reason? Someone could help me please?

  Dear Franco,

  The official reasons that these two photos were hidden was, for the one of the ONDINA N "Out of focus" and for the other one depicting the MINERVA ALICE "Horizon not level".
  The first one, practically means that the photo is blur and the second one that the vessel looks "tilted" to the left.
