    Dear Donald,
    Thank you for reporting this.
I would suggest you check for available updates in Firefox.
Then please try clearing your cache, cookies, and restarting it. Here are some guides to walk you through it.

If you still get "Image file was empty" message, please try use Chrome and let us know.

Hi Thalia. just to set the record straight I have Firefox auto update 49.0.2, the latest. Also I run CCleaner regularly which removes cache, cookies and other trash on all 4 browsers. I don't regularly use Chrome and prefer Edge, FF and IE11 in that order. I will have some photos shortly and will give FF a retry and perhaps Chrome but this really shouldn't have to be a crapshoot. Oh, for simpler times!

I gave chrome a try and in 3 attempts 2 showed the green flag as accepted. However it did not appear in users my "Photos uploaded" as it always has previously. The 3rd attempt did go through. As stated above everything clean and updated with 4 browsers. I will try later today using Edge, FF and IE.

OK. Here's the results. Edge browser= Green flag shows accepted. Also shows up in "User uploads". FireFox browser= RED FLAG. Doesn't show up in "user uploads". IE-11 browser= Green flag shows accepted. Also show up in "user uploads" Took the F.F. photo and tried it in Chrome. Uploaded ok with green flag and shows in "user uploads". Seems even with the very latest update (49.0.2) that MT still has a problem with the F.F. browser. It's a popular browser so it should be acceptable.

Same Problems here - With Chrome and also with Firefox. The Company should do something, but i think, they are doing nothing! - I reported this issue 12 day ago.

Seems many uploaders have had problems with Firefox update 49.0.1 but that was to be corrected with 49.0.2 It does seem that the goal posts continually get moved. I have had uploads red flagged with Chrome as well. The situation is getting to be a try again and again with different browsers until one works, or not. It does get frustrating. A lot is in processing so it isn't simply a particular browser problem.

To sum up, you managed to upload photos both in Firefox and Chrome where the issue was occurring, after Cache and cookies removal.
Let me know of the existing issue so as for me to forward the required information to our technical team.

Hi Thalia, I really can't provide any more information on this problem. It's become rather an on/off, irratic thing and having tried everything including 2 computers, 4 browsers and dumping cache and cookies I did finally get some uploaded using all browsers. I do believe you rely too much on the clearing cache/ cookies cure although it seems to work for some, sometimes. This clearing procedure negatively effects other operations. I intend to stick to using EDGE and see how that goes. I know of some uploading problems where a site uses Adobe Flash Player. Is this the case? This uploading problem has been progressively worsening as MT introduces "new" upgrades. I suggest looking much more closely to programing and less on user error.

I brushed my computer using siklenera, then rebooted, and the photo was prinyato.Znachit for whom it works.

Just to prove a point. Uploaded a photo with FireFox. Red flagged as not taken. Second try, same browser, machine and software. Green flag as accepted but when checked in my "photos uploaded" it was not there. Third try, same all. green flag. And it does show in photos uploaded. Come on now, how much proof is needed. It may well have uploaded in Chrome but some proof that there is a loose connection at MT's end.

Hi Thalia, Just uploaded 2 photos using chrome, offloading cache / cookies and rebooted. These 2 got the green flag and show on my "photos uploaded". So they May finally get to the ship's photos. Here's the point, How many are going to go through this convoluted way to upload photos ? I realise this is now a complex internet world but the workability should not be with the user. I don't like using Chrome and I don't like having to clear anything to make it work. I do hope a simplified solution can be found that suits all.
