    I am writing to inform you that we have identified the root cause of the issue and we are working on fully resolving it, so that it will not occur in the future.

    Our Nautical Charts are now working properly, so can you please check and let me know if all is well?

    I have a subscription to navigation maps also which has worked on iPhone for several months but stopped working yesterday. Tried logging out and back in, and tried restoring purchases . Nothing but blank screen with ships on it.

    I have had Nautical Charts on my iPhone for several years with no problem. Yesterday, the charts disappeared completely. My phone recently updated to iOS 12.4 so I’m guessing the problem is associated with the new iOS.

    FYI My iPhone Xr is still on IOS 12.3.1 so 12.4 is not likely to be the cause.
