    Dear Gabby,

    Thank you for your post.

Looking into the case, I can see that you have activated SAT Flex trial for vessel FIDRA with MMSI nr. 503085790.

Could you kindly confirm that this is the vessel you are referring to?

If so, please let me inform you that we have received the latest position from her 4 minutes ago (2019-11-11 13:54 (UTC)) when she was in the area of  WAUS - Great Australian Bight on coordinates Latitude / Longitude: -34.27294° / 120.8802° and that these Data were received via Satellite.
You should be able to access these Data as well:
    https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/ais/details/ships/shipid:6059979/mmsi:503085790/vessel:503085790/

In case you are not able to access these Data, please share the latest position you can access as for me to be able to review your case further.

Additionally, please keep in mind that while the Terrestrial AIS service provides near real-time updates of vessel positions at the areas covered by our coastal AIS receivers network, the Satellite AIS service provides position updates less often, at intervals that may vary from a few minutes up to several hours.

Satellite's frequency updates are not standard, because it depends on the number of times that the Satellite passes above the specific vessel and collects her signal.

I hope this helps however, I remain at your disposal for further assistance.
Thank you, in advance, for your reply.

    Kind regards,
