    Hello Joshua.

    Thank you for your post.

Kindly note that in order for a vessel record to be created in our system, we need to receive a certain amount of signals, both her positions and static data transmissions, approximately ten of each, within a span of two-three days, so that we may confirm their validity.

So long as your vessel's transponder remains active, as soon as our antennae collect the required amount of signals and positions, a record of the vessel is going to be automatically created in our database.

Additionally, I would advise to make sure that your vessel is located close enough to a terrestrial station for a while, if it is not already, so that the required signals are received.

If, after a few days of sending both signals and positions via your transponder, you are unable to see your vessel in the MarineTraffic database, kindly provide me with your vessels MMSI number and Call Sign and I will investigate this further and assist you accordingly.

I hope you find this helpful.
I remain at your disposal if you have further questions or concerns.

    Kind regards,
