    Hello Soohyuk,

I hope you accept my most sincere apologies for this delayed response of mine, as we must have missed your post.

I can see the most recent position we received from the vessel is from 2020-01-01 09:34 UTC (Latitude / Longitude: 34.08387° / 126.954°).

Please note that the lack of updated positions may be caused for a variety of factors such as weather conditions, functional transponder, temperatures, and traffic, as shown here:

    https://help.marinetraffic.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990958-Why-cannot-I-see-a-vessel-on-the-Live-Map

Also, satellite's frequency updates are not standard, because it depends on the number of times that the satellite passes above the specific vessel and collects her signal.

Please let me know if you have any questions, I would be glad to assist.

    Best,

Hello and thank you for contacting us.

I am Christiana Ladopoulou, Customer Support Agent at MarineTraffic and I will be assisting you with this.

Would you be kind enough to provide me with the MMSI number and name of the vessel
you purchased the Access 24 Plus for?
This will help me investigate this issue and assist you with it.

Thank you in advance for your reply.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.

    Kind Regards,
