    I am Alexa Joy Tan, Customer Support Representative at MarineTraffic and I will be glad to help you with our services.

    I am sorry to learn that you don't wish to proceed with the services you have selected.

    I have looked into your account and I can see that you have a trial for our Standard Plan and Sat Global service.  
    In order to cancel any of this service, please go to this link:
    https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/users/my_account/payment/billing

    From here, you should be redirected to the billing section of your account under the 'My Subscription' Tab. You should see a 'Do Not Renew' button on this page and once you click on it, you will need to follow the remaining steps and it will also ask you to provide a reason for the cancellation.

    By clicking on the 'Do Not Renew' button, your trials will remain until 2020-01-10, after which it will be removed from your account.

    If you don't mind, could you please be so kind as to let me know the reason you wish to cancel your subscription?
    Is there something not to your liking or are you searching for something you can't find?
