    Dear Vernon,

    Thank you for contacting us and please accept our apologies for this delay.

    In order for the name to be updated in our database, you need to update the AIS transponder with the new name.

    Then once we receive a couple of positions and static messages with the updated details, the record will automatically be updated in our database.

    In the event that the name of the vessel doesn't change on our website even after you've done that, I would appreciate it greatly if you could let me know at your earliest convenience.

     

    I have also sent you an email and you may reply from there.
