    Hello Oleg and Takuma

Thank you both for your messages.

@Takuma indeed it was the same issue that had created the issue with Oleg's receiver.

@Oleg I have replied to your ticket, your receiver should be ok now.

    Kind regards

    Hi Oleg !

If the power supply and network are intact, the OS may be corrupted.
First, test to see if you can view the receiver's dashboard from within the LAN.
Just look up the receiver's IP address and access it there.
If there is no response, connect the receiver to the screen with an HDMI cable.
If the operating system is corrupted, you should be unable to boot up here, or you should see an error message or other message on the screen.
In that case, you'll need to contact MT support and ask for a new OS.

    Regards.

    Hi! Thanks for your reply!

Ok, I understand. I think... the receiver board, network, power... are fine, but the built-in RaspberryPi isn't receiving data from the receiver board. In other words, I feel like it's most likely an internal software issue.

    I found this topic.Maybe it's the same trouble. > https://help.marinetraffic.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360008805477-slr350ni-no-dashboard-data-

Contacting support might be better... > https://help.marinetraffic.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

    Best of luck!
