    I am sorry to learn that you have been receive some false notification in regards to your vessel. 

    Rest assured, I am here to assist you with this in the best possible way. 


    In order for me to check this further, would you please be so kind as to share your vessel's MMSI, IMO or Call Sign?

    Additionally, can you please advise if I have your authorization to access your account in order to check your notifications?
