    I am sad to hear you are unhappy with our services.

    Please note that while the positions received through our network of coastal stations have always been available to all users, the positions received via satellite are available through our Satellite Services.

    One of our Satellite Services if the Access 24 Plus, which is only available through the app. It unlocks SAT positions form the vessel you selected for 24 hours.

    But we do offer other options, for specific needs, such as, for example, the SAT Flexible service:

    This service unlocks SAT positions for a specific number of vessels (01, 03, 05 or 10). I would suggest you start a 7-day free trial on this service to see if it suits your needs. 

    Please ensure to select the desired amount of vessels to activate the SAT tracking for e.g. 01 and billing period e.g. monthly.
