API to tell you how much an API call will cost

Is there an API to tell me how much a particular API will cost? For example, let's say I want to use PS06 but before I make the call to get data, I want to know much the call will cost s that I can decide whether or not to make the call. I know how much each record costs, but I can't find any API that tells me how much the actual API call will cost, taking into account all the records that will be returned.
