My apologies to learn about this and rest assured, I am here to assist you in the best possible way.
I would like to inform you that recently we released our freemium app and for the users that had already installed the app, we have provided for free the Starter Plan.
And from what I can see, the location speed and ETA are some of the information that are provided through the Starter Plan.

I just installed the app and all that it gives me for free are 3 ships per month. Other than that it wants me to pay for a starter plan. Even when I am logged into my account it only gives me these options. All of the information on the ships is locked out with a padlock. What happened to the app that I paid for initially?
