    I would like you to know that I have checked this internally and from what they have shared with me, there is no known issue for our mobile app for devices and app versions that you have provided me. 
    As such, would you please be so kind as to try and uninstall and reinstall the app?

    If it is still not working, kindly also try to clear your app's cache by following the instructions here.
    If it still does not help, can you please try to restart your phone?

    After doing the above and the issue still persist, can you please share a screen recording of what is happening? 

    Please let me know how it goes and I look forward to hearing from you.

    I am sorry to learn that it is still not working for you. 

    At this point, given that you have followed my initial suggestion, I can only assume that this is related to your internet connection. 

    As such, can you please try to connect the device to a different internet connection? 

    If it still does not work after the above, can you please share a screen recording of what is happening?

    Hello Alexa, well it can probably be the case. Although, internet is so good so the video calls are being made without interruptions. Meanwhile the software works more or less stable after switching it in eco mode. I assume we can close this matter. Thanks for your attention!

    However, if it won't be such an inconvenience, can you please share how you mean when you said Eco mode as I can see that this may be the one that has resolved the issue?

    Menu - Settings - Performance - Economy mode. I don't know how it affects the program but it helped to get worked :)
