    Upon reading your post, I detected there is a clarification that may help you to get more value from our solutions.

    Kindly allow me to explain that the Starter plan you use on the app does not include access to positions received via satellite. While the positions received by our terrestrial stations are available to all users, the ones received via satellite are available through out SAT services.

    As such, if you need to have access to a vessel's Satellite Positions, you may consider to try, on one hand, the Access Plus 24 in-app service. This service unlocks SAT positions for one specific vessel (the one you select when purchasing the service) for 24 hours. It can be repurchased as many times as needed. On the other hand, if you need to track the vessel for more than just a couple of days, the SAT Flexible service will be more convenient for you.
