    Upon checking on the code you provided me, I can see that it is working as expected. 

    Can you please share on which occasion is it not working?

    Have you noticed anything different from when it is working compared to when it is working?

    Have you changed your browser or anything on the browser's setting?

    Hello Alexa, thanks for the reply.

     

    There isn't any particularity at all, it's the same page and same browser, it's pretty random.

    I also tried running the code on a online HTML editor (https://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_basic), and the same problem happens there, but totally random.

    I have tried the link you shared and from what I can see, the code is also working properly. 

     

    Would you please be so kind as to try clearing the cache, cookies, and local storage of your browser? Here are some guides to walk you through:
    If you're using Chrome, go to Settings > Advanced > Privacy and Security > Site Settings >  Cookies and enable the option to 'Keep local data only until you quit your browser.
    After this, please clear your cache and cookies from Advanced with the following settings selected:


    Please make sure not to select any other data to be cleared.

    Once this is done, close your browser and, if feasible, restart your computer and connect to a different server.
    After doing so, may I please ask you to try and see if the issue still persists?

    If it still does not help, can you please try using a different browser and provide a screenshot of what is happening?

    Hello Alexa, thanks again for the reply.

    So, if you hit the "Run" button several times on that online HTML editor, sometimes the vessel info + blinking ball will not show, it is pretty random.

    So I don't think it is related to browser cache, browser navigator or something about that.

    And another thing that I've observed is that the vessel icon is never showed at the map, like this: 

    When the blinking ball is showed with the card, it only shows the blinking ball, without the vessel icon below that:

    In the picture that you attached we don't have that vessel icon neither.

    Thank you for patiently waiting. 

    After checking this internally, we noticed that the vessel's most recent position was received via our satellite AIS network. 

    You can also see this here:

    I would like to explain that the vessel position will only be displayed on the Embedded map when her most recent position is received via our terrestrial AIS network which is currently not the case for STOLT MAGNESIUM. 

    This is the reason why her position is not displayed on the embedded map. 

    Can you please share if this issue occurred even before April 30th?

    Hello Alexa, thanks for the reply.

    The problem isn't related to this specific vessel, it happens with any vessel and pretty much randomically.

    Try with MMSI 636017835 (Stolt Cedar) at that online HTML Editor (https://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_basic), it will not bring all the info for most of the times.

    Hello Fabio, 

    Thank you for your response and for pointing this out. 

    I did check Stolt Cedar, however, I can also see that her most recent position was received via satellite. 

    As such, I tried with another vessel, JANA 501, whose most recent position is recorded via our coastal station and I can see that the issue does still occur. 

    I have forwarded the details to our engineering team and I will get back to you once I receive a response.
