    I am sorry to hear that you have such issues with our app.
    In situations such as this one, when the app crashes, the first step is to force the app to close and then reopen it completely.

    If you still face the same issue, could you please restart your device and try again, then let me know if it worked?
    In addition, could you please tell me the version of our app in your device and your operating system and version?
    You can find our app version when you open the app or in Menu > Settings > Account.
