I have today bought and paid for the Windows App but I cannot login to it to retrieve my Fleet Data.
I click on the hamburger icon and then on App commands and finally on My Fleet.
This brings up the login window but when I enter my credentials and click on Log In, nothing happens. The Log In button does turn black, but only for a few seconds after which it goes white again.
I know my credentials are correct as I can login to your website. I'm beginning to wonder why I have bought a non-functioning app when I get get the info from your website for free.

Can you fix this login issue?
What benefits does the app give over the website in a browser?
