    Dear HAKRYUL KIM,

Thank you for contacting MarineTraffic Support.

I understand that not being able to view the data you wish in your region might be inconveniencing and concerning, so I would like to assist you in any way I can.

I have looked into the are you are referring to with our Network and, unfortunately, the station that covers the area is temporarily offline, which is why you cannot view the positions of the vessels in Ulsan.

We are trying to get the station back online, but station owners are our contributor users and there is a number for reasons that a station may be offline, from network connectivity to personal issues.
We always strive to expand and improve our coverage, so we're trying our hardest to restore coverage in the area, but we currently don't have an estimate as to when this will occur.
My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

In the meantime, positions in the area will received via satellite AIS.
While all MarineTraffic users have access to positions recorded by our network of terrestrial stations, Satellite is only available to subscribers of our satellite services.
In this case, only users subscribed to our SAT Global can access the details of these vessels through the Live Map positions.
Users with no access to satellite AIS will only be able to see the position on the Live Map with just the vessel type being displayed, in this case  the 'fishing'.
