    Hello Seth,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with our LiveMap.

    I have looked into your account and from what I see, the vessels are populating the LiveMap and the map itself is loaded fully.

    Since you have already cleared your Browser's cache and cookies, could you as well sign in using a different device or a different Browser?

    Please try and let me know how it goes.

    Hey Seth, trust me its NEVER their fault, i been struggling for months dude, and all i get is "all is working our end"

    Riza,

    The website is not working properly on my desktop, or any desktop I have.  I can use it on my phone and my ipad but not on my desktop computer where i use a browser, like internet explorer or chrome.  

    Above is what the screen looks like.  When i try to zoom in...

    This is what I get.  So as I said before, it is not working correctly on the website when I try to open it on my desktop.  It worked fine until I pressed the refresh button, then it has stopped working correctly.

    Hello Seth,

    I am sorry to hear that you are still facing an issue with the LiveMap. As I have mentioned in my previous reply, I can't see anything wrong while being logged into your account using Chrome and Internet Explorer.

    Since you have already tried clearing your Browser's cache and cookies, and have logged in 

    using different devices and Browsers, could you please make sure that your internet connection is stable?

    Now, kindly connect to a different network and let me know how it goes.
