    Dear Mat,

Thank you for letting me know and my sincere apologies for the delay.

I am truly glad to know that you can now successfully view your Embed Maps!
As you correctly mention, blocking the cookies can result in your being unable to view our Embed Map, so if you face any further issue, could you please check this and let me know if it does not resolve the issue?

With regards to the post you are referring to, I believe it is one that has been resolved through personal e-mail communication, but I have forwarded your advice to the agent handling the case for future reference!

Please don't hesitate to let me know if there is anything else you need.
I will be more than glad to assist.

    Kind regards,

    Dear Mat,

Thank you for contacting MarineTraffic Support.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with the Embed Maps you have added to your website.

I have looked into our Embed Map service and, from what I can see, the service itself is working properly.
You can see an example here:
    https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/p/embed-map

Could you please be so kind as to provide me with a couple links to the Embed Maps on your websites that are displaying the issue?
In addition, could you please let me know your operating system & version, as well as your browser version?
Any information you could provide will allow me to assist you more efficiently.

Thank you in advance for your response.
I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,

    Dear Iliana,

thank you for your reply, the error occurs with the latest version of Chrome and in any website that hosts one of your embed maps. I have tried in different computers. The embed code only works on marinetraffic.com, in the other websites the broswer only displays a blue square because it fails to read the localStorage property from Window.

You can see this error opening Chrome, for example at this link https://www.portmarlborough.co.nz/Schedules/Ship-Tracker (this one is not one of my websites but it has the same problem as all the others).

    Dear Mat,

Thank you for your response and my apologies for the delay.

I have looked into the website you have sent and, from what I can see, the Embed Map is working properly.
    Here is a screenshot:

Could you please let me know if the issue persists for you?
If it does, could you please provide me with a screenshot, as well your Browser version and OS version?
If you try to access the Embed Map through another browser, device, and network, does the issue persist?

Any information you can provide will allow me to assist you more efficiently.

Thank you in advance for your response.
I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,

    Dear Iliana,

    Thank you for your reply.

I've found the problem, Chrome was blocking the cookies from marinetraffic.com, I've allowed them and now I see the embed maps. I think this could resolve the same problem discussed here https://help.marinetraffic.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360027922991-Embed-Map-Script-Not-Working .

    Best regards,

    Mat
