    Dear John,

    Thank you for contacting us.

I am sorry to hear that you are facing trouble with the vessel you are tracking.

I have looked into her record and, from what I can see, her latest position was received at  2018-07-20 05:47 UTC via terrestrial AIS, when she was moored in Papeete, French Polynesia.
Prior to that, I can see that we constantly received positions for her, both through terrestrial and satellite AIS.

Since our website relies on the AIS Protocol and the transmissions of the vessel's transponder in order to provide the positions and static data transmissions, the lack of Updated Positions of a vessel can be a result of a number of factors.
Signal strength, functional transponder, local (vessel area) and surrounding (nearby stations) weather conditions, temperatures, traffic and the satellite constellation frequency are some of the most important ones.
You can learn more about them here:

Since we have not received her position since then, I believe the possible reasons for this are:
-her transponder has either been turned off when she moored at the port and was not turned on again
-her transponder is facing an issue preventing functionality and signal power
-her details have changed (name, MMSI, Call Sign) and the transponder and transmissions have been updated accordingly.

If you have any information regarding the vessel's details and/or transponder status/position, do let me know so that I may assist you further.

Otherwise, I would advise that you cancel your subscription before it's next renewal, until we receive new satellite AIS positions for her, at which point you will be able to purchase the service again.
You can cancel your subscription here:

If at any point you wish us to check whether we have updated positions for her, I will be more than happy to look into this for you.

Is there anything else I can do for you?
Please don't hesitate to let me know.
I will be glad to assist.

    Kind regards,

    Dear John,

Following-up on Marc's comment, it appears that the vessel's MMSI and Call Sign have likely changed.
Do you have access to her new details?
If so, please let me know which they are so that I may assist you further.

    Thank you in advance.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Kind regards,
